Come Play at Avondale
At Avondale Heights Netball Club, we have both social and competitive teams and offer programs and competitions for players aged 5yrs+

Our goal is to provide opportunities to our community to play netball and develop their skills. We offer a range of teams and programs within different competitions to cater for all players. We have both social and more competitive programs so players can move through the club based on where they are at or where they want to go in their netball career.

Competitions
Our teams play in the Parkville netball competition where games are either played at Parkville indoor stadium or at Riverside across various days/nights. Our teams play in the following;
Juniors
Saturday morning - SET (7U), GO (9U), 11U, 13U
Thursday evening - 15U
Tuesday evening - Premier 17U & regular 17U
Open Age
Monday evening - Open Age
Tuesday evening - Premier Opens


We also play in the Essendon District Netball competition where games are played at Riverside on a Saturday afternoon. Our teams play in the following;
Saturday afternoon - 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U


Training
We train every Wednesday night at Maribryong Secondary College Indoor facilities next to Hightpoint Shopping Centre.

Netsetgo - 5pm - 5:45pm

9U, 11U - 5pm - 6pm

13U, 15U EDNA - 5pm - 6pm

15U, 17U Parkville - 6pm - 7:15pm

Open Age (training teams) - 7:15pm - 8:30pm

2024 Autumn Netball Competition and training Avondale Heights Netball Clubs _small

2024 Autumn Netball Competition and training

Dates: from 18 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024

Price details: Players will play per season, number of rounds depend on each competition and association. The fee includes training and games starting from $290 Additional cost will be Victorian membership paid per year starting from $56 Club uniform is also required see website

Age group accepted: 5-8 year olds, 8-10 year olds, 10-12 year olds, 12-15 year olds, 15-18 year olds

Parental Supervision: Drop Off

We are currently on the search for players to play in our Autumn competition in 2024. We have both social and competitive teams that we will be entering into the competition across different days and nights.

13U (11,12 or 13 this year)

Saturday afternoon; GO (age 7, 8 or 9 this year)

17U (14,15,16,17 this year)


Thursday evening; 15U (13,14 or 15 this year)
17U (14,15,16,17 this year)

Monday evening; Competitive/Social Open (age must be 14+)

Tuesday evening; Premier Opens (age must be 14+, this is highly competitive netball)
Premier 17U (age must be 14, 15, 16, 17) this is highly competitive netball)

Training is every Wednesday
