Our goal is to create an environment where children feel loved and supported so their self-esteem and confidence can flourish. My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facilities devised to help children from 6 weeks through to 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. My Gym offers structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and more. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem.

Our music classes help little ones develop their innate musicality—and much, much more. Music Together brings families of all kinds together in a warm, supportive and non-performance oriented environment where everyone feels comfortable singing, dancing, and jamming. Creating lasting parent-children bonds through music is a huge part of our programs. Each class is packed with dynamic musical activities such as simple percussion/instrument play, free dance, finger play, bonding lap songs body movement and rhythm, and group singing. These elements together are some of the building blocks in early childhood learning. Each semester includes 25 different tonality songs, different types of meters and song/chants, song book illustration and family activity notes. That’s where you grownups come in! As we know that children learn best from the powerful role models in their lives, our classes inspires parents, teachers, and caregivers how to help their children become confident music-makers just by having fun making music themselves. The Four Principles of Music Together: 1. All children are born musical. 2. All children can achieve basic music competence—that is, they can learn to sing in tune and dance accurately to a beat. 3. It's crucial that parents and caregivers participate in class and model music-making for their children in class and at home, regardless of their own musical ability. 4. The environment that best fosters young children's musical growth is playful, musically rich, and developmentally appropriate.

Saturday nights 6:30pm - 9:30pm unlimted bowling. $19 each, minimum of 3 bowlers per lane. Bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
