PHYSIE builds confidence and poise but that’s not all… PHYSIE also develops good posture, strength, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance through a regular program of exercise and dance. Our choreography is age-appropriately designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm and musical interpretation. National finals for children are at the Olympic Park Sports Centre and for adults are held in the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House.
