    ActiveActivities is an online marketplace set up to connect parents and carers with providers of kids activities.

    Our mission is:

    • To make it quick and easy for our website visitors to find, compare and select a kids activity.
    • To help the businesses listed on our website to find more customers and ultimately be more successful.

    Currently ActiveActivities has over 45,000+ kids activities listed on the website, has more than 2.8 million website visitors each year and sends out more than 1,150,000+ leads each year.

    We are continually expanding the listings and content on the site as well as adding new functionality to deliver the best possible experience and value to both website visitors and businesses listed on the website.

  2. Who operates the ActiveActivities website?

    ActiveActivities is owned and operated by The Digital Company (TDC), a company registered in Australia, with offices in Sydney and Gdansk (Poland).

    The Digital Company has been connecting customers to businesses via our online marketplaces since 2005. We currently operate 27 online marketplaces across 9 industries and 4 countries including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada. Find out more information about TDC on our website.

  3. How do I get my business listed on your website?

    If you have a business and are not listed on ActiveActivities then please add your business listing by following these steps:

    • Click here to go to the add a listing page
    • Select the package that best suits your needs
    • Create an account
    • Add your business description and contact information
    • Done!

  4. How do I claim a business listing already listed on the website?

    Go to the listing page of that business on the website and click on the "Update my Listing" button and follow the steps.

  5. I have submitted my business but cannot see my business listing on your website?

    Every listing added to our website is manually approved to ensure it aligns with the quality standards of the website.

    Depending on volumes, most listings should be approved within 24 hours of submission.

  6. Can I change or update my business details?

    Yes, you can change or update your business details by logging into the account that you created.

  7. Can I upgrade my business listing?

    Yes, you can upgrade to a Featured Listing to drive more leads and customers to your business.

  10. What will happen to the information that I provide about my business?

    Your phone numbers, address, business information, photos, logos and websites will be added to the ActiveActivities website so that our users can research your business, contact you and reach your website.

    Your email address will not be shown on ActiveActivities, but our users will be able to contact you through the website which protects your email from being shown but still allows our website visitors to contact you about your business.

    Your email address and contact phone number will be provided to website visitors requesting information if you purchase a lead via the pay per lead option.

    None of the information provided by you will be provided to other third party without your consent.

  11. Why are my business details on your website?

    The website contains content provided by the businesses listed on the Website and publicly available information about businesses gathered from public sources.

    If you would like your details removed, please contact us.

  12. Can I remove my business listing?

    Yes, if you would like your business information removed from ActiveActivities, please log into your account and delete your listing.

  13. Can I copy content from your site?

    Absolutely not. All content on the ActiveActivities website is protected by copyright.

    We regularly run "copy" alerts to find content that has been duplicated from our website elsewhere on the web.
