This Seminar will cover three Kata. Sanchin – Three Battles Saifa – To Smash and Tear Seiyunchin – To Control, Pull & Suppress First, we will spend time working on and developing the technique of the kata. Following this we will look at the underlying principles common to all three kata. Lastly, we will use these principles along with Goju Ryu fighting strategy to apply the techniques with a partner. You won’t want to miss this informative and transformational seminar.

Returning from our remote learning during Term 2, we're excited to be back at the hall on Saturdays for some face-to-face training! Keeping our members safe, we have introduced contact tracing and hand sanitation, have allocated more space for our students' training and spectators, and are providing zero contact alternatives for our partner training drills and use of equipment. Our Pre-K class (ages ~3-5) trains from 8:30 to 9AM, and are focusing on their listening and focus goals. Our Infants class (ages ~6-7) trains from 9AM to 9:45, and are learning to extend and combine their basic techniques. Our Karateka class (ages 7+) trains from 9:45, and are learning their first kata sequence. Come along for a FREE TRIAL and see if we're the right school for you!

Our tours are where you are able to see the farm in action and personally meet all 12 animals. Each of our tours are unique, ‘hands on’, and enjoyable. Group discounts available for 4 (depending on the tour) or more people. All tours are available 6 days per week (Mon – Sat). After School Tutoring Our coaching master after school program provide a safe and supportive out-of-school learning environment where primary students can participate in activities that develop their academic skills, such as homework, numeracy and literacy. Through regular attendance at our Coaching master after school program, students are able to enhance their learning and development skills. Our Coaching master after school program provide homework support, tutoring or help with a specific skill set (cognitive or non–cognitive) that assists participating children and young people to benefit more fully from their school based learning. The Kids Running group is held each Tuesday (4.30pm) and Thursday (4.30pm). Tuesday training is at Memorial Oval (Edithvale Common- next to the Bowling Club), Edithvale Rd, Edithvale. We meet at the car park by the trail. Thursday training is at the running track at Edithvale Recreation Ground, Edithvale Rd, Edithvale. It is for children with any level of speed or fitness. Sessions go for approx. 1 hour. Children can attend one or two sessions per week, whichever they prefer. Children can start at any point in a school term or holidays. The group operates both during school term and holidays. The sessions last for 1 hour. They include warm-up, dynamic and static stretching, form drills, speed development then some form of endurance (cross country, hill circuits and middle distance on measured course). We work on running technique, breathing patterns and race tactics for various events. Fantastic prizes such as water bottles and running gear are presented at EVERY SESSION. It is either a $10 drop in fee for single sessions or $50 a month (lasts one month from when you pay- so if you pay Sept 18 then it lasts until Oct 18). There are two methods of payment. • pay $10 cash PER CHILD at training • OR Please pay $50 per child each month (can pay via website using credit card if you prefer) You don't have to book a spot, but it is best to let me know when you are coming for the first time.

The weekend is coming and the kids need something to do so why not come out and visit us? The Monthly Open Farm Event occurs on the second Saturday of each month from 9am till 12pm. Bring along your family, friends, a picnic rug/chair for a great morning out on the farm!
