Little Souls has been designed to equip children with the essential tools for managing life’s inevitable stressors. By introducing healthy coping mechanisms through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we aim to establish positive patterns that will significantly impact how the child responds to the world. Our 8-week program is delivered in a fun, explorative and compassionate environment that encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build greater resilience. By integrating yoga and mindfulness practice's early in a child’s development, as a parent, you’re making a conscious choice to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your child. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved capacity for handling stress, greater emotional regulation and intelligence and improved physical well-being. We have officially launched Basketball Star Academy in the Eltham and Surrounding suburbs at St.Helena Secondary College. Our Sunday sessions have started at St.Helena Secondary College at 10:00-11:00 We are launching our Thursday session early May with a free trial, so please register for free and join our experienced coaches.

TWEENS (9yo+) - Anime Drawing - School Holidays Each school holidays we offer a variety of dates, please check website for further details & booking info. Tweens get to take their artwork to the next level, they will have loads of fun creating their very own anime masterpiece. Your child will gain confidence and feel very proud of themselves, most of all have a great time and meet like minded kids. Kids Painting 5yo+ Each school holidays we offer a variety of dates, please check website for further details & booking info. LOCATION: MORNINGTON Please send an enquiry or visit the website to book your place. Your child will paint their very own special piece of artwork as well as having loads of fun whilst gaining new skills & boosting their confidence. All materials are supplied. These workshops are suitable for kids or tweens interested in painting and participating in a fun art activity. No experience is necessary as tuition is offered in a gentle manner step by step. They will learn new skills & gain a boost of confidence feeling very proud of themselves. Bookings Essential/Limited Places Gift certificates are available.

Children are guided and instructed to achieve the best result for themselves, learning techniques, colour mixing, composition, brush care, social skills, responsibility plus loads more. This allows the student to be free and creative, also to enjoy what they are painting, whilst developing decision making skills, and building self-belief and esteem, this enables them to gain personal growth. A basic materials list is required, children work with acrylic paints on canvas. My teaching style has aided me many students of all ages, (from 5 yo to adult) many to win awards, further arts study and/or to become selling artists.
