Fitbit Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program aimed at adults catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is tennis for kids! It’s a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis. With four fun stages (Blue, Red, Orange and Green), qualified Tennis Australia coaches will help guide your kids every step of the way.
Kids can get involved in ANZ Tennis Hot Shots through Coaching, getting involved in Leagues or through Community Play.
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is not only heaps of fun, it’s also a great way to encourage your kids to maintain an active lifestyle. Apart from skills like agility, flexibility and speed, the program will help your kids learn important social skills, making lots of friends along the way.
Even better, you can be sure your child is playing at a level that’s right for them, with an ANZ Tennis Hot Shots program and stage to suit every age and ability.

Cardio Tennis does not require a booking.

However HotShot spaces do need to be booked so please contact us for more information regarding this.
