Online tutoring is a great way to develop skills and occupy young people in an engaging, creative and educational way.These tutoring sessions are suited to students trying singing for the first time as well as more advanced students wanting to brush up their skills. Lolly Jar Circus classes are safe, fun and led by qualified trainers experienced in working with a range of young people - and all have Department of Human Services Working with Children Clearances. The first class is a free come and try. After that, the NDIS has approved us as a provider under the category Capacity Building Increased Social and Community Participation, or we have a concession rate. We welcome all young people and is the only circus school in South Australia inclusive of young people with disabilities or socially at risk. We do this by offering activities that are non-competitive that are modified while building skills at each participants own rate. Our classes benefit young people's mental and physical health but more than this, we promote social skills. Participants must take turns, share, respect personal space and cooperate in group activities. Many of our current participants have been referred by their physiotherapists and OTs as our classes complement their work and we have venues at North Adelaide and Elizabeth East.
