Description

We specialise in teaching a practical, fun and invigorating self defence system to boys and girls (5-7 yrs and 6-12yrs and 12-15yrs). We also specialise in teaching teenage girls and women.

What to expect:
1. Easy to learn self defence techniques.
2. Confidence and self esteem.
3. Release body stress.
4. Increase motivation.

20 years teaching and martial arts experience.

Classes are conducted at Channel Court Shopping Centre (next door to Anytime Fitness) Kingston.

10 week blocks are available, but welcome to come along any time. Prorata term payments. No training Public Holidays. We do offer school holiday programs!

Come along and try a lesson. You just need to wear something comfortable and bring along a drink.
