South East Yoga & Wellbeing's creator, Nic Russell has been working in early childhood for 30 years. Nic has qualifications in level 1 yoga instructing, children's yoga training, yoga therapy for children, trauma sensitive yoga, mental health first aid & pre/ post natal yoga training.

Nic advocates for yoga for children, and has spoken at several conferences in 2018 & 2019 about this subject matter. Nic is also a committee member for Yoga Australia's: Children Yoga Committee, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021.

Nic creates fun and engaging Yoga Play programs for kindergartens/ preschools.
These programs run from 45-60 minutes, at your location. Our sessions connect to the VEYLDF with emphasis on building strong individuals, mentally & physically who feel connected to their community.

South East Yoga and Wellbeing will change your early childhood environment! We are passionate about teaching you how to impact childrens wellbeing with meaningful daily yoga programs.

We are not currently working in yoga studios or offering online classes to the public. Our focus is in the early childhood & education sector.
