Peaceful Parents is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based parenting program which aims to increase resilience and wellbeing. It is a strength-based parenting workshop that is engaging, practical and supportive. Parents learn strategies to lessen stress and enjoy parenting more. The sessions’ present practical strategies to parents to help manage children’s emotions, listen mindfully, engage and empower children to problem solve situations.
