Terms & Conditions
Please read the following information carefully
1. All students must be signed in and out by their parent or guardian at the beginning and end of each day. Check in and sign out will be in the front hall.
2. Sessions begin at 9am and conclude at 3pm. No supervision is provided outside of these times.
3. Students must bring their own morning tea, lunch and water bottle.
4. Our teachers strive to provide a safe environment at all times. All students at Viva Voice participate in activities at their own risk. In the event of an accident, Viva Voice will administer first aid or call an ambulance.
MEDIA RELEASE POLICY
Parts of this workshop may be photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. Viva Voice may use or print photographs and any other form of media material for educational, informational and promotional purposes. Student’s full names are not be released in this material.
BEHAVIOUR POLICY
Our teachers endeavour to create a safe and welcoming environment for our students.
If a student's behaviour seriously affects the safety and/or enjoyment of others, the student will receive a warning and their parents will be contacted. If a student receives two warnings, the parents will be contacted and asked to make alternate arrangements for their child. No refund can be issued.
