Exercise is important for the growing little bodies. And sometimes neither sport, nor dancing in its conventional form seem to suit. Puzzled? Here is a solution - fitness classes designed specially for kids! Exercising has never been more fun!

DanceFIT is a fitness class designed especially for kids. This high-energy class is a great introduction to fitness, coordination and strength, all while having fun! Kids have a blast dancing to upbeat music mixes. It is a mix of a cardio workout and modern dance. The class is full of variety as it provides for lots of freedom to mix & shake it all up. Kids not only dance but, also learn self-motivation and gain confidence and self belief. It’s a great place to learn, get fit, interact with other kids while working out in a group in a fun environment.

These classes are held during Qld State School Terms on the following days:
Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm for 12 to 16 yo
Thursdays, 3:45 - 4:30 pm for 5 to 8 yo
Fridays, 3:30 - 4:30 for 9 to 12 yo
