Strong, resilient, happy kids stay focused at school and are comfortable in their own skin. Join us for a fun term as follow the words of Dr Wayne Dyer and his book Unstoppable Me. We'll learn that limitless thinking can lead us to achieve our dreams. Classes include: 1.You're Great - No Matter What 2. Persistence Pays Off 3. Welcome the Unknown 4. You Have A Choice 5. Farewell to Worry 6. Peace Begins with You 7. Enjoy the Here-and-Now 8. Healthy Me No previous experience is required and all equipment is provided. Register your child to receive a term discount or drop in for a casual class. Each class runs for 45 minutes and is drop-and-go. Mid-term starters are accepted. Our kids yoga and mindfulness classes are suitable for ages 5-12 years. Classes are Mondays 3.45pm - 4.30pm at the Sona Yoga Studio in Randwick. Inner Child Yoga is an approved provider of Active Kids and can accept vouchers giving families a $100 discount on term passes.

Just like adults, children also need to learn tools to help them relax, reduce stress and build resilience. Yoga for children also helps to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and balance in a fun and inclusive environment. Our Mala Kids classes are based on the evidence-based program developed by Yoga Ed, teaching children mindfulness, movement, and social emotional learning. Classes will include breathing exercises, warm up, yoga postures, movement, creativity and relaxation. Classes are open to all children aged 4 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years and will be held at our studio on Wray Avenue. All equipment is provided for your child. Bookings are essential, secure your child’s place by visiting our website. The Term 2 2019 program runs for eight consecutive weeks and is $120 per child. Please remember to arrive ten minutes before your first class start time to finalise registration for your child. A parent or guardian will be need to be in attendance for drop off and pick up. Go4Fun is a FREE healthy lifestyle program run by NSW Health for children aged 7-13 years. Go4Fun helps families become fitter, healthier and happier by educating on healthy eating habits and making physical activity fun! Go4Fun programs are held each school term, running once a week for 2 hours after school. Term 2 2019 programs will be running in the Blacktown area. Places are limited, so register your interest today!
