Open to men, women and teens, the course introduces you to Aikido by teaching basic techniques and practical self-defence. The Wollongong-Illawarra Choir / Vocal Ensemble runs weekly in West Wollongong every Thursday night 7:30pm-8:30pm – within each NSW school term. It is open to anyone, ages 17 and up.
