Are you sick of basketball camps that are all just fun and games but don't actually involve any actual coaching? Tired of seeing tons of players crammed onto courts with very few coaches? Our camps are different. ​ These are NOT typical holiday baby-sitting camps, they are for all players who are serious about getting better and want quality skill development! Wednesday from 6pm we hold small private swim class fro Adults. Only 3 in the pool with specific learning system to allow anyone to swim confidently and well. NOT LAPS and KICKING on a board. We focus on balance and technique. It is suitable for anyone is a very gentle calming session with the focus on engaging the brain and building long term correct technique that will make your swimming as effortless as you always desired. 30 mins only $20 3:1 (you can book for 60mins) 1 hour private session $60 also available.

WORKSHOPS & OPEN SESSIONS Come and have a go at one of our open gymnastics sessions at 29 Dellamarta Rd (with the pit) gym Monday and Friday at 26 Dellamarta Rd (with the trampoline wall and parkour equipment) gym. It is a fun casual session of gymnastics, tumbling, trampolining and FreeG with free running techniques for anyone. Coaches are there to watch for safety, it is not a formal class. It does not matter if you are an ex-gymnast or your first time at High Flyers, this session lets you try all disciplines. Good to try before signing up for termly classes, or if not sure if you want gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling or FreeG. This workshop aims to develop the peace through which we positively manifest. We will help you bring greater awareness to the contrast between your usual self and your mindful self and the effect that this has on your horse, both from the ground and mounted. This program will increase your capacity to find inner stillness in order to feel your horse, help him balance physically and emotionally, and improve your relationship with horses, people and self. This workshop will include discussion and simulation sessions for both auditors and participants with horses, as well as practical sessions for those with their own horse while auditors observe. Some quiet mounted work is scheduled, but if you do not wish to sit on or ride your horse, please let us know so that we can accommodate you in the schedule. The ‘A Matter of Trust’ Workshop is focused primarily on participants with horses. As there are a strictly limited number of places for participants with horses, auditors are also welcome. We limit the number of places for participants with horses so as to make it safe, comfortable, personally relevant and enjoyable for you and your horse. We have a limited number of horses available for participants without their own horse. To book this option please contact Jo about your level of understanding and experience with horses. These horses are available for groundwork only and are not available for riding. Jo and Kailie are both students of James French. We have been working in this genre with animals for many years ourselves. Lunch, refreshments, morning and afternoon tea is provided. Lactose and gluten free options will be available.
