Taekwondo is a great sport for people of all ages. It improves ones physical and mental strength, concentration, and discipline. With a little practice it is easy to learn the basics, which builds confidence. As Taekwondo is a martial art, it also focuses on teaching those who practice it to respect others. This builds respect for their instructors, their teachers at school, their parents, and their friends. Taekwondo is an excellent way to improve basic fitness, build confidence, learn basic self-defence skills, and most of all it is fun for everyone.

Momentum Taekwondo offers high level Taekwondo training for complete beginners through to elite players, focusing on traditional Taekwondo (Poomsae, Sparring, Demonstration) with fitness, flexibility, and strength. Start your Taekwondo journey with qualified and experienced instructors.

We open for +4 years old to Adults
Monday, Wednesday - 4pm to 9pm
Saturday - 10am to 12pm
