Thank you

I just wanted to thank the entire team at hawthorn swim clinic, who have turned our "sinking spud" into a confident little swimmer. The patience you have all shown has allowed out late swimmer to catch up with his peers faster than I could have hoped. I always appreciate how welcome we feel from every teacher we interact with even from other classes who don't know us. You run a great business and friendly classes.

kids swimming lessons

24-07-2015 by Julie

My son has been swimming here for a number of years - started when he was a baby right through to 5 years. The lessons are well structured and cater for each child's ability. We have had some wonderful teachers; not only do they keep the little ones entertained, they teach them all the basics of water safety as well as teaching them to swim! I agree with the other reviewers that the change rooms are small but hopefully that will change once the renovations are up and running. A very friendly and family focused atmosphere.

Swimming lessons

24-07-2015 by Tanya A

My daughter loves lessons at this swim clinic. They actually teach the kids to swim which funnily enough my last swim school (Richmond rec) didnt seem to do. They dont use floatation aids too much so kids ar forced to feel the water and actually learn to float themselves. My 3 year old is already dog paddling 5 or so metres and she has only been going 2 terms. I can highly recommend this school.

Explain to your little one they will be in the water with a teacher and other children, and mum and/or dad will be watching from the side of the pool. ...

Great program for adult learners too!!

27-08-2013 by

As a discerning adult student, I want to tell everyone - the music program here is so good I wish I had known about it earlier. Charteris, you're Melbourne's best kept secret!

His interest went beyond the piano and he enjoys his lessons

14-08-2013 by KL

Our son was struggling with music concepts and didn't look forward to attending piano lessons with his previous piano teacher. We later realised that it was that teacher's teaching methods that didn't work for him. We knew then that we had to look for another teacher. Since he became a student here, over a short period of time, we noticed that his interests in music went beyond the piano and he enjoys his lessons. He is interested in what different kinds of music pieces and instruments can do. He speaks about music notes and hand techniques are all 'fun'! Thank you, Charteris Music School!

Passionate about Music

I recently had my daughters 9th birthday party at this venue and found the staff to be excellent. They have staff on the floor to help the children and also gave them tips on how to skate. There was a D.J. playing music and they played games with prizes. The party went for 2.5hrs and is very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this venue!!

Our kids always have a ball at Bounce, being able to book online and get the wristbands as soon as you rock up is great. Downside is parking is difficult. But it is great exercise, the kids love it, love learning new tricks and have fun. At $16 for an hour I think it is pretty cheap entertainment
