    29-04-2016 by Alice Mahony

Point Break Drama’s encouraging tuition has allowed me to explore the art of performance through a broad a range of acting techniques that I have learned from attending their acting classes over the years. The enthusiasm from both students and teachers makes performing pieces enjoyable rather than a nerve wracking experience! They cater for every skill level whether you are just starting out or have had experience you will definitely improve under their guidance. I highly recommend Point Break Drama to everyone.

Paul Winchester & his team of highly skilled tutors are supportive, encouraging & very passionate. I strongly recommend PBD to anyone looking to grow their skills as an actor in a fun, supportive & challenging environment. I have attended many courses with PBD which have all been fantastic. Highlights being Leigh Pickford's casting workshop & most recently Felix Williamson's masterclasses, which helped all of us improve our scene & character analysis hugely.

    Really Good

    21-03-2016 by Jon

I couldn't think of a better Dojo to send my kids to. Sensei is dedicated to bringing the best out of his students. His commitment and passion to teach karate is second to none and my kids are better off with his guidance and training.

    Great classes for all ages

    18-03-2016 by Julie Davenport

My son and I 37 and 7 joined the dojo last year. It is a great way of getting fit and spending time with my son outside of my stressful job which is forgotten when I get to classes! The Sensai is a great teacher who makes the classes tough but fun and extremely good value for money with additional free lessons and training where needed. As a bonus to feeling fitter than I have in a long time, since we started 5 months ago I lost 10 kilos and confidence improved. Thanks Sensai!

    Motivating training

I have been training for about 15 yrs and out Sensei has a unique sense of humour that makes sure our classes are never boring. He is tuff and old school but he earns the respect of the kids and they not only get fit but have a laugh too. I joined late in life at age 46 but needed to learn self defence I am now a 61 yr old female and karate has changed my life

    Students experience

    16-03-2016 by Jason

I was looking for a karate class recently, as I enjoyed my karate some years ago. I discovered this class for my 11yr old son and I to attend and have not regretted it. For me it was enjoyable and a good place to gain health and fitness. Besides this, I see a marked improvement in my son's confidence and attention span. We both have a good laugh every time as well (unexpectedly) and look forward to each class. There a great feeling of comradery and appreciation for one another. Though we finish the class physically exhausted, the next day we are fine and are stronger for it.

    A good setup

    20-02-2017 by Nicholas Stokes

This venue included 2 hosts that did a good job organising games and revving up the party. The technology and the games seemed to entertain the kids (aged 7-9) well for an hour and a half. The other elements were there, including party balloons, music, food (basic), and facilities. The location is clean and well presented, with excitement coming from the ability to have darkness and the big screen. There were a couple of minor negatives. On the website it says something about 'We know who'll win in the end', which is a bit off. When we run a home party we make the games fair, and even tend to avoid having the birthday girl winning (after all they are getting presents and attention already). But this place was the opposite. I assumed it would be subtle fudge at the end but according to my kids it was very obvious throughout that the birthday girl was getting extra points. This spoils the games for everyone, including the host. Also the venue was very keen to get us all out right on time, even though there was no-one after us. 15min for cake was really too tight. These 2 issues could probably be avoided by talking to the organisers beforehand about your preferences. I would recommend this venue if it is not too far from you.

Answer from Impact Wall EQ on 01-03-2017:
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We have implemented this change so the parents get to choose if they want their child to win or not. It has made the contests much more exciting. Ronan (Impact Wall).

Tennis Quest is the venue for the best children's birthday party! The host Ronan, is amazing with children. He involved all the kids in 4 activities including tennis, disco and an interactive asteroid game. He left all the kids wanting more. The children had the best time and a few commented it was the best party they had ever been to. It is also very reasonably priced.

    Try it - its fantastic!

    21-02-2016 by Pearl

We are thrilled to have found Tennis Quest! It is an amazing place for kids to learn skills and have fun as well. Ronan has a unique talent for teaching kids how to play tennis– his system really works! My son started lessons at 3 ½, he is now 4 y/o and declared the other day “I love forehand!” Tennis lessons are a highlight of our week – it is a friendly, fun learning environment for all ages.
