Southern Freestyle Martial Arts has a new name but retains it's strong tradition in teaching a system designed to be a practical self defence and fitness program..

Sensei Warren has more than 30 years experience in a range of styles including
Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, Jujitsu, Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu.

Students are also introduced to a variety of weaponry, ranging from the traditional Bo, tonfa, kama, sai and katana to more modern and environmental examples such as sticks, knives, chairs etc.

At our Seaford Dojo we strive to keep a fun, safe and friendly environment with a positive attitude.

We believe that Martial Arts is your own personal journey and we encourage everyone's personal goals whether it be for self defence, fitness, or just to meet new people .

All ages and fitness levels from 5 years upwards are welcome, as is anyone with zero experience in Martial Arts.

Tuesday & Thursday
Kids 6:30pm - 7:30pm
