Karate is a great way to get fit and learn valuable skills for life at the same time. Due to the diverse range of motion required for karate you will find it is an excellent way to tone up all parts of your body, and develop core strength and fitness. Mentally the benefits of self-belief, self-discipline and a strong spirit will soon transcend into all aspects of your life.

The Ashmore dojo runs separate classes for:
- Little Champions (4-7yrs)
- Juniors (8-12yrs)
- Teens (13-19yrs)
- Seniors (13yrs+)
- Families (4yrs +)
