Nice instructor but difficult to manage

17-08-2017

I sent my little girl to the class from 1.5yrs and continued for 1year, but she did not like to learn swimming and so never get better. So I decided to stop the class and maybe come back later when she gets older. Most instructors are nice and experienced. Communication with receptionists are generally effective through email, but difficult to move to another time or day/ to organise make up class. Everytime when i ask for makeup class , they said it is all filled out. Or emailing a day before the wanted day then they can tell me whether it is available or not. As being busy mum, it was not easy all the time. I ended up to waste 6 makeup class and canceled the class. Apperantly it did not work for me. I feel like wasting 1year time, money and effort. You can have better experience if your child is happy to participate in the class.
