The mission of our Swim School is to teach competency based learn to swim to enhance students’ ability to have fun and survive in and around the water.
Our Swim School has been operating since 1990.
Cityfit Swim School is AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia registered, our instructors are AUSTSWIM qualified and undergo in-house training. We place a very high priority in providing our students with continuity of Instructor throughout each term.
Our Swim School runs 4 x 10 week terms throughout ... Read morethe year. In addition we offer school holiday intensives in 5 day/5 lesson blocks. We teach children from 6 months and upwards with an emphasis on small class sizes and personal attention.
Programs progress from water confidence for Mums & Bubs, to learn to swim, stroke correction and squad training. We have private lessons for children and adults too. All levels have a documented set of competencies and include water safety and survival components.
Bathurst Aquatic Centre offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, sauna, steam room, learn to swim classes, squads, group fitness classes, room hire, and a pool side café all in the comfort of a heated all year round facility.
Aquablitz swim school offers lessons at your home or at the Aquablitz pool. We have qualified Swim Australia Teachers for all ages. We offer private swimming lessons and teach our students how to swim well, a skill for life.
The centre caters for all age groups and has a very large exercise program for disabled and injured persons. There is also learn to swim classes held each summer. The complex provides a 7 lane heated pool and an undercover splash pool. The surrounding shady grassed area is equipped with barbeques and is a popular place for birthday parties and get-togethers during the summer months.
