Extremely upset with the current treatment from Jess at Dipadees. I have been swimming my two children there for almost 5 years (since they were 5 months) taking a short break due to having a third baby. Recently asked for a Nippers document to be signed. I was told not a problem to bring it in person and Jess is happy to sign. When I got there I was made to feel like an inconvenience, they had no time for me, had to ask a few times for Jess to even come out and then said she wouldn't sign it. Sent a civilized email when I got home and also requested certificates that my children haven't received, no reply so sent a follow up email a week later, 2 weeks on and still no reply. Very frustrated and disappointed with the way I have been treated. Needles to say my children will not be returning to this swim school.
