My two children (now teens) have been training with this instructor for over 3 years now and still loving it! The school does a fantastic job of teaching the kids that there's more to self-defence than the physical skills too. Highly recommended.

Karate fun

I was very impressed with whole family feel i got when i came down to visit the Martial Arts classes . I liked that the 2 teachers where both equally respected by all. I think they a are a married couple . I liked that they focused on the technique like foot work . The class i sat and watched seemed to be working on self defence and dance type routines whatever thats called ? The instructor (male one) demonstrated a punch on a young boy , it came so close it made his hair move, but the boy had so much trust he didnt flinch. Thats a lot of trust . At the end the instructor asked 3 questions . 1 did you sweat? 2 did you learn something? 3 did you have fun? After that the class bowed to go home . Everyone clapped and gave a round of hi five's .. i guess the class had fun!
