    We utilise a complete, non-competitive self-defence system, which is designed to be both highly-effective to use and simple to learn, so young people 5-17 years can learn truly practical techniques for realistic situations, including bullying. Grouped by age, students learn appropriate self-defence in a safe and fun environment to build confidence and independence.

    My two children (now teens) have been training with this instructor for over 3 years now and still loving it! The school does a fantastic job of teaching the kids that there's more to self-defence than the physical skills too. Highly recommended.
