My 2 sons training with First Taekwondo

03-05-2016

My 2 sons have been training with this group for the past 15 years. The self discipline, confidence, fitness & self defense skills my sons possess now are from all the years training with these excellent instructors. They still love their Taekwondo training today and never miss a lesson under their Instructor or the Master. I highly recommend First Taekwondo to all my friends and family.

First Tae Kwon Do Yokine
First Taekwondo is a traditional non-competitve martial art and therefore reaches much further than mere Self Defence effectiveness. The discipline, mental training and varied techniques of First Tae kwon-do also provide the grounds for engendering in the practitioner a strong sense of confidence, fortitude, compassion, humility and resolve. It is this vital conditioning that separates the true practitioner from the one who has mastered only the physical aspects of the martial art
