How pleased I was with the help I received for myself with having difficulty walking with my ms. My cousins daughter n her friends had a real hoot and the male staff member playing with them, extended their enjoyment to the fullest of potentials that one could ever predict or expect from that horrendous start to the day. If only we remembered his name .

Flippin' terrible service

Went to a party at this shabby looking place. Whilst there is a good set of jumping activities the staff are unhelpful and the party deals are a rip off. Pay $28 to get 1 mini frankfurter a single chicken nugget and approx ten chips per party goer. Room was bare until we asked the surly attendant were the drinks and preparations were. They said that she was late so hadn't done it. Chewing gum loudly the entire time she set up cheap white plates and white serviettes. End of decoration. Water served out of a dirty looking esky and the help ends there. Pathetic. Absolute con.

Customer service both off and on trampolines was outstanding. Staff were friendly and great to be around. Safety rules were carefully explained to everyone (i've been places where they just chuck you on without any safety brief!!) and the kids had a blast we ended up staying for 2 hours. Thanks for a great time - we'll be back for more!

I've been to Airborn numerous times and each time is better than the other! Great customer service and trampoline staff are super helpful and interactive. Thanks Airborn :D

Always busy, always fun

Our kids always have a ball at Bounce, being able to book online and get the wristbands as soon as you rock up is great. Downside is parking is difficult. But it is great exercise, the kids love it, love learning new tricks and have fun. At $16 for an hour I think it is pretty cheap entertainment

Well I haven't been but I'm planning to go

Well I'm planning to go it sounds like a great place so I'm going on Saturday

What a waste of time and money! My kids spent half the time waiting in line. Then because they hadnt got a bracelet for the second hour we had return to the registers to collet them. 10 minutes wasted in the second hour because they stuffed up! Very disorganised! Won't be back
