I went to my first Kilowe Kickboxing session at the beginning of this year and since then I have been getting up early and working out 3 times a week! Normally I find sticking to an exercise routine hard. But Kilowe Kickboxing is fun! The trainers and other members are super friendly and supportive. Because of this I have remained motivated to attend every session for the past year. My fitness, strength and my confidence have improved dramatically. I would recommend Kilowe Kickboxing to anyone who is looking to get fit, but also to anyone who finds maintaining a regular exercise routine hard and wants a more fun way to live a more active lifestyle.
