Rude, expensive poor value parties - don't waste your money!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Had a birthday party there recently. Zero customer service, made it clear that we had to be put ASAP so they could fit the ice hockey people in. Really rude both at time of booking and on arrival - told in no uncertain terms of us entering and what we could NOT do. No one helped us the whole time. Kicked out before the 2 hours was even up. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading- the disco wad farcical to non existent and very disappointing. The FOOTBALL was on the screen in the party room and not even any music. I feel really ripped off. Hope this saves you the experience we had!
