My 2 yo loves TumbleTastics, we look forward to the classes each week. Every class is themed with different activities incorporated with the gym circuit. Really adds to the surprise each week. I've noticed my daughters physical confidence and strength develop since she started classes, it's very fun and enjoyable.

Very friendly dojo. Sensei is very welcoming and teaches to everyone's needs. Would recommend to anyone. :)

AUC teaches it’s students using traditional Taekwondo patterns in conjunction with a modernised curriculum and an emphasis on self-defence. AUC is open to all ages and fitness levels. The easiest way to join AUC is to attend one of our training sessions at either Springfield or Kallangur and speak directly to one of our instructors. You can join in on the night or simply watch, first 2 lessons are free. All information regarding fees, uniforms etc will be explained to you in full.
