A bit extreme I know, but we came in summer and the air conditioners weren't working. That's understandable - things stop working from time to time. However, the man working there was constructing oscilating fans in the cafe area. He got up to serve a customer and left several tools and screws, screwdrivers etc on the floor in front of the ice cream fridge (clearly a place that will attract little children). Two kids came up and started playing with the tools so I had to take them off them. The place STUNK, was poorly maintained, staff had a bad attitude, understaffed, expensive... TERRIBLE!

    Horrible

I went to this centre a few weeks ago and it was just gross. I waited at the door to pay my entry fee for around 15 minutes with a screaming toddler in the pram keen for a play. Once inside the equipment was dirty and held together with tape. I took a look around and figured the standards for the centre were lax and it probably wasn't being cleaned properly. Pair that with snotty, unsupervised kids drooling on toys and I grabbed my little guy and left. Will never go back. Gross.

    Best jump centre out!

Extremely friendly and happy staff. Been there heaps of times now and it would be a crime for me not to leave such a glowing review. Kids are always supervised and the staff and management are nothing but helpful and cheerful. My kids tend to shed a tear when we leave and have even asked if they could live their instead!! Haha. Such a lovely centre, I'll definitely be back, and so will all my friends!

    Too expensive!!

    18-08-2014 by Sarah

What a joke - paying a full $15 for my 2.5 year old, and then $15 for the supervising adult, and then the socks on top - $34 for one hour of a trampoline, bouncy castle and foam pit? And then being told we couldn't access certain areas during our one hour session due to a party? The most expensive bouncy castle I have ever paid for, teenage unhelpful staff, we won't be back.
