Yep, Get Fit Without Getting Hit!
We learn footwork, stamina, flexibility, fitness, strength, focus and how to do a proper punch. We use hand held focus pads, punch shields, skipping ropes, agility ladders and plyometric equipment to get the best out of our training.
Daniel’s classes are fun and energised.
