    I went to my first Kilowe Kickboxing session at the beginning of this year and since then I have been getting up early and working out 3 times a week! Normally I find sticking to an exercise routine hard. But Kilowe Kickboxing is fun! The trainers and other members are super friendly and supportive. Because of this I have remained motivated to attend every session for the past year. My fitness, strength and my confidence have improved dramatically. I would recommend Kilowe Kickboxing to anyone who is looking to get fit, but also to anyone who finds maintaining a regular exercise routine hard and wants a more fun way to live a more active lifestyle.

    My experience with Striders has been the most positive and rewarding from the moment I stepped into the Kallangur studio in October/November last year. I was greeted with a smile and I instantly felt at ease, I was in good hands! My personal trainer is encouraging, motivating and supportive, as are the whole Striders team, they have a genuine interest in seeing me reach my goals and potential, and for the first time since my teenage years I am well under 109kg and no longer asking if a clothing store has a big men's section.
