Poor Quality Care

03-11-2014

Our experience with this centre was horrible. Our son was in the care of this centre for 2 weeks before we cancelled his enrolment. During his 4 weeks at the centre there were a number of instances which made us question the quality of care being provided. The most unacceptable of those instances was when my son was not fed one afternoon. There was no attempt made to feed him. In addition, the director is incredibly hard to get in contact with as she is never on site at the centre, nor does she return phone calls or emails. When I did manage to speak with her on the phone to discuss the above incident along with a handful of others, she was very short and rude. Please do not send your children here!!!!!
